Scope

Release execution of the enterprise-wide Co-Pilot program for CLAIRE, a GenAI product, spanning Beta (Phase 1) to Global GA (Phase 2).

Responsibility

Ensure cross-team execution, managing dependencies, risks, and integration complexities while facilitating architectural and design review sessions between product teams and Co-Pilot stakeholders to ensure alignment on system design and enterprise standards.

Support the integration testing cycles, ensuring defect resolution and release quality.

Conduct scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Delivered

Launched Phase 1 (Beta) within the quarterly release timeline, onboarding 12 co- pilot enterprise customers.

Successfully delivered Phase 2 (Global GA) across NA regions/time zones, for AWS users, meeting 100% release readiness criteria and ensuring zero critical production defects at launch.

Enabled enterprise-scale GenAI adoption by aligning 5 product teams driving on-time execution across multiple parallel workstreams.

Agile Release Management

Scope:

Set up new process for engineering team for One Cloud

UI initiatives

Responsibilities:

Set up JIRA boards, a sprint cycle that matches the
monthly release cadence with cross functional teams.
Initiate scrum hygiene to map iterative deliveries.
Own the program road-maps with business aligned
development mindset.

Delivered :

10 + releases in a year across multiple projects.
Team of 20+ dev and QA aligned with scrum
methodologies.
Able to integrate 6/14 cloud services to OC portal in a span of 1 year

Platform Migration to D365

Aug 2021- June 2022

Role: Program Manager

Scope:

Migration from an On Prem server to a SAAS solution.

Responsibilities:

Timeline and scope locking.
Creating and tracking check points for challenges,
achievements and changes coming through SIT, Regression and UAT.
Guidance and on boarding of stakeholders to new
integrations on SAAS.

Delivered:

10 + stakeholders on boarded to new platform
Achieved this migration in a 43 hour downtime without a single interruption to business.
